Comments: Originally from the Hilmar area, near Turlock, CA Patty and her husband Tony always shared a dream of moving up into the Sierras. So, in 1990 they purchased a unique 300 acre ranch in Cathey’s Valley. It even had a pet deer! They raise cattle, horses, and several adorable Pekingese dogs. Their grown children, SEVEN grandchildren all love to come up to the ranch on the weekends. After changing her career path, from Education Administration to Real Estate, Patty feels thrilled that as a real estate agent, she is able to share her dream of “getting out of town” and her love of the Mariposa area with her customers.
